Natural Dye Workshop - Tuesday, 9/16 at 5pm

As we wind down this summer season, we want to have a way to take the joys of this season and bring them into the next, creating beauty with what nature has to offer as well as with our hands. In this workshop, we will focus on Shibori, a Japanese resist dyeing technique with indigo, as well as marigold and cosmo dyepots. Each person will leave here with 4 one of a kind, naturally dyed cotton tea towels. We will talk lightly on the differences of each dye material as well as go over several folds to create different and unique patterns with your fabrics. No prior knowledge needed! We look forward to creating with you!
