WEDDINGS & SPECIAL EVENTS
Our design focus is loose, big, wild and full of texture. We love to use herbs, flowering branches, vines and the fullest blooms in the fields. We want your bouquets to smell delicious, mimic the feel of the season, and have an abundance of goodness in each one.
During our farming season, May through mid-November, you'll see our farm-grown flowers in your arrangements. During the off-season when our farm's production slows down, we hand select flowers from reputable wholesalers in the US and abroad.
Designing weddings and special events is our favorite work.
We custom design each event, always looking for the most beautiful, extra little detail from the farm to add to each arrangement.
We are happy to help with all aspects of your wedding or special event floral design. You can find our event work from Vermont to Palm Springs, and Boston to Deer Isle, Maine. We would love to travel to you!

Full Service Design
OFFERED YEAR ROUND
Our Full Service Design includes full floral work, together with our extensive rental collection of vases and vessels to use for the day. We meet with you in person or consult by phone to discuss the details, and will be available by email and phone when you want to brainstorm some elements of the design. Included in this planning process, should you be interested, is the opportunity to wander the fields and see the blooms and foliage we will consider using for your day. We deliver and set-up all of your floral designs, and leave only when all the details are perfect. We are available to return the night of your event or the following morning to remove all decor, vessels and remaining flowers. And we also offer the option to donate your flowers after your event (subject to design plan approval) so that your blooms can be shared with folks in our community!
DESIGN MINIMUMS
In 2024 our Full Service Design requires a minimum budget of $5500. On average this minimum is suitable for a wedding with approximately 100 guests within 60 miles of the farm. Larger affairs, or more extensive travel, can be expected to have a higher average cost, based on your floral needs.
Island weddings require a minimum budget of $7000.
Events including custom installations or hanging floral decor often require a budget from $8000-9000+.
OUR DESIGN PROCESS
Our farm-driven floral design is focused on the incredible variety of seasonal flowers and foliage grown on the farm in Scarborough. Outside fof our growing season we thoughtfully source flowers from reputable local wholesalers.
Our goal is to work with farm grown and locally sourced materials 100% of the time during the growing season, and this will require you to be flexible about which flower varieties we select. Your trust in our expertise will undoubtedly result in stunning, one of a kind pieces! We love to dream up custom designs, installations, living tablescapes, backdrops and more!
We do not offer greenery garlands.

Next, please fill out our flower questionnaire. We will then contact you to discuss the details and create a custom floral proposal for you. To secure our services and flowers we require a signed Wedding Flower Contract and a 50% non-refundable deposit. Your final flower order balance is due 3 weeks prior to the wedding.

Bulk Flowers
OFFERED FROM LATE JUNE THROUGH LATE-SEPTEMBER
Bulk flowers are a great option if you are looking to source the best of what is currently growing in the field and are a do-it yourselfer. Each bucket is filled with focal flowers, lush greenery, and delicate textures. Because our bulk buckets are entirely seasonal (down to the day) we are unable to promise any specific flower varieties. We will provide you with a farmer’s selection of the best blooms in the field.
You can choose from one of three color palettes - neutral, soft or bright - ($125 per bucket), or leave it to us to choose a beautiful, farmer’s choice mix for you ($100 per bucket). Each bulk bucket contains approximately 50-70 stems of blooms, greenery, and delicate textures which can fill 5-6 mason jar size vases, 20-30 bud vases, or create 3 small handheld bouquets.
The ordering process includes one 30-minute initial consultation, plus one follow up call to finalize your order details 3 weeks before the wedding.
Bulk Flowers + A La Carte Design
OFFERED FROM LATE JUNE THROUGH LATE-SEPTEMBER
We can personalize your order to include bulk flowers for DIY arranging and some designed work created by Broadturn Farm.
Our most popular request for this flower offering is design for all of your wedding party and wearable flowers - bouquets, pin-on flowers, flower crowns and more - plus bulk flowers as in the previous “DIY” plan for you and your friends or family to arrange for your ceremony and reception. You can also choose from many custom designed arrangement sizes listed in our A La Carte menu.
We offer our same high level of customer service over the phone and via email, but this option does not allow for in-person meetings, venue visits, or rental vessels as in our Full Service Design. A minimum order of $500 may apply in the month of October. Please note, this floral offering does not include on-site services, garlands, ceremony arbor decor or setup.
