Our design focus is loose, big, wild and full of texture. We love to use herbs, flowering branches, vines and the fullest blooms in the fields. We want your bouquets to smell delicious, mimic the feel of the season, and have an abundance of goodness in each one.
Designing weddings and special events is our favorite work.
We custom design each event, always looking for the most beautiful, extra little detail from the farm to add to each arrangement.
During our farming season, May through October, you'll see our farm-grown flowers in your arrangements. During the shoulder seasons, when our farm's production pauses, we hand select flowers from reputable wholesalers in the US and abroad.
We are happy to help with all aspects of your wedding or special event floral design. You can find our event work from Vermont to Palm Springs, and Boston to Deer Isle, Maine. We would love to travel to you!

Full Service Design

Full Service Design
OFFERED YEAR ROUND
Our Full Service Design includes design, delivery and setup of your event flowers together with our extensive rental collection of vases and vessels to use for the day. We meet with you in person or consult by phone to discuss the details, and will be available by email and phone when you want to brainstorm some elements of the design. Included in this planning process, should you be interested, is the opportunity to visit the farm and see the blooms and foliage we will consider using for your day. We deliver and set-up all of your floral designs, and leave only when all the details are perfect. We are available to return the night of your event or the following morning to remove all decor, vessels and remaining flowers. And we offer the option to donate your wedding flowers after your event so that your blooms can be shared with folks in our community!
2026 DESIGN MINIMUMS
Our Full Design Services require a minimum investment of $5500.
On average this is suitable for a wedding with approximately 80-100 guests within 60 miles of the farm. Larger affairs, or more extensive travel, can be expected to have a higher average cost, based on your floral needs.
Casco Bay Island weddings require a minimum investment of $8000.
Design plans which incorporate custom installations or hanging floral decor often require an investment starting at $9000+.
OUR DESIGN PROCESS
Our farm-driven floral design is focused on the incredible variety of seasonal flowers and foliage grown on the farm in Scarborough.
Our goal is to work with 100% farm-grown and locally sourced materials 100% during the growing season, and this will require you to be flexible about which flower varieties we select. Your trust in our expertise will undoubtedly result in stunning, one of a kind creations! We love to dream up installations, living tablescapes, backdrops and more!
Outside of our growing season, we purchase flowers thoughtfully from reputable local wholesalers.
We do not offer greenery garlands and are happy to explore other creative design options with you!

To secure our services and flowers we require a signed Wedding Flower Contract and a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Bulk Flowers
OFFERED FROM MID-JUNE THROUGH SEPTEMBER
Bulk flowers are a great option if you are looking to source the best of what is currently growing on the farm and are a do-it yourselfer. We will provide you with a farmer’s selection of the best blooms in the field, and because our bulk buckets are entirely seasonal (down to the day) we are unable to promise any specific flower varieties.
Choose from one of four color palettes - neutral, soft or bright ($130 per bucket) or farmer’s choice mix ($105 per bucket). Each bulk bucket contains approximately 50-60 stems of focal flowers, delicate floral fillers, and light greenery which can fill 5-6 mason jar size vases, 20-30 bud vases, or can create 3 small handheld bouquets.

A La Carte Design
OFFERED FROM MAY THROUGH OCTOBER
Perfect for intimate gatherings or as an accompaniment to your bulk flower order! Our most popular A La Carte wedding request is design for all of your wedding party and wearable flowers - handheld bouquets, pin-on flowers, flower crowns and more - plus bulk flowers for you to arrange for your ceremony and reception. Broadturn Farm will choose and provide the vases for your design, which then belong to you.
A La Carte Flower Orders are for pick up on the farm. Delivery may be available on orders of $2000 or more, within 60 miles of the farm.
Please note: this floral offering does not include in-person meetings, venue visits, or specialty vase rentals.
