All of our offerings...
Spring starts off with ranunculus, anenome, and tulips from our field tunnels. They accompany Spring holidays like Easter, Passover, and Mother's Day. Peonies arrive in June and our wedding season begins. Soon our annuals start blooming and our Peak Season CSA bouquets and wholesale accounts keep us cutting all week long. Dahlias signal the end of the summer. Still to come are our abundant fall flowers, dried arrangements and long lasting arrangements which take us into the winter.
So is Broadturn a florist or is it a farm? That's a great question. We are a farm. We grow all of our flowers in the soil which we go to great lengths to keep fertile. In season, we harvest daily and sell wholesale flowers to stores, florists, and designers. With our weekly CSA bouquets, we put a lot of flowers out into the community.
But we are also drawn to design-work. We love connecting with young couples on their wedding plans. We have wonderful relationships with restaurants, hotels, and retail establishments where we arrange special pieces to resonate with particular spaces.
We do not always have the capacity for small orders or retail bouquets in the height of the season, but we are always open to special orders with enough lead time. Keep an eye on our social media for seasonal abundance.
