Collection: Late Winter Spring

Farming in Maine means waking up early-- both daily and seasonally!  We wander the woods in March and April looking for the first signs of Spring awakening. The fields may sleep a little later but we always have a few surprises in our field tunnels. March is stubborn but April brings new growth. May brings Mother's Day and the fields get planted. Our perennials and the field tunnels begin the summer abundance.
